VanAsep offers two streams of entry level access to Construction sector employment.

1.  Ready-to-Work combines CORE (Construction Orientation and Retention for Employment) and Essential Skills. CORE is a provincially recognized foundation program, while Essential Skills provides exactly that, essential skills that are required to boast a successful career in the construction industry.

2.  Direct to Employment is based on an industry or Aboriginal Training Advisor interview. VanAsep works with employers after you are hired to ensure that you have access to skills and apprenticeship training.
